Eek!
For the first time since 1999 Thanksgiving is just going to be Erin and myself this year. I’m fine with that, but I’m going to be doing some cooking/baking anyway. I made a pumpkin cheesecake today and it is cooling right now.
Something funny happened in the cooking process. There was a towel in the water bath to keep the pan from slipping, and somehow, despite the towel being half a decade old and having been washed dozens of times, it leaked dye into the water!
Here it is in a glass, neat eh?
