STRUTHIOMIMUS
(strooth-ee-o-MY-mus)
This meat eater was known as the “Ostrich Mimic.” An ostrich-like predator having a small head, curved claws and long, powerful legs. They stood 7′ tall and 12′ long. They had both large brains and large eyes. Of the late Cretaceous Era.

From a large family of two-winged insects. The females of the species have skin piercing mouth parts used to extra blood from animals and humans.

RHAMPHORHYNCUS
(ram-fo-RINK-us)
Prehistoric bird with a strong neck, long head and sharp teeth. This 18″ long flying fish eater had a long tail with a diamond shaped rudder tip and a wing span of 4′. Of the late Jurassic Era.

HOMALOCAPHALE
(ho-mah-lo-SEF-ah-lee)
This dinosaur’s name means “Level Head,” referring to its dome. Their heads were flat and large, which aided in their ritualistic head-butting battles. They were two-footed plant eaters. Of the late Cretaceous Era.

A flying reptile with a long face and a long, curved neck. They had wings of skin streched along the body behind the hind limb. Of the late Jurassic Era through the Cretaceous Era.

ORNITHOLESTES
(or-nith-o-LESS-teez)
These two-footed, small-headed, long-tailed dinosaurs were known as “Bird Robbers.” They were meat eaters that grew to 6′ and had three-clawed, long-fingered hands. Of the late Jurassic Era.
